Jack and Chelo began in Esther's kitchen, born from a simple worry: most commercial dog food looked nothing like the food we would happily put on our own plates. We knew our dogs deserved better, so we set out to do it properly.

We cook your dog's meals fresh every week so there are no warehouses and no months-old stock sitting on a shelf. Everything is gently cooked sous vide at a low temperature to lock in the goodness, then frozen and sent straight to your door.
Human-grade, nothing hidden
If we would not happily eat it ourselves, it does not go in the bowl. Our meals are made with human-grade ingredients and absolutely no fillers, rendered meat meals, mystery offcuts or artificial preservatives. What you read on the label is exactly what your dog gets.

Every recipe is formulated and signed off by a qualified pet nutritionist, alongside our chef and a food technologist, then lab tested to make sure it does not just meet the guidelines but comfortably exceeds them. These are meals you can trust your dog will truly thrive on.

Our meals are cooked from scratch by Chef Esther and her team, with the very same care that first went into feeding Jack and Chelo, the two dogs who inspired it all. This whole brand grew out of love for them, and that love goes into every batch we make for your best friend.
