Customers will receive an email and text message (if you choose to opt in) once your order has left our kitchen so that you know it is on its way. We advise you to track your delivery with the tracking number we send you, and put it in the fridge or freezer as soon as it arrives.


Our current delivery schedule is:

TASMANIA

Eastern Shore: Friday afternoon 

Northern Suburbs, Hobart: Saturday morning 

Channel: Saturday morning 

Huon: Thursday

Tasman : Tuesday

For all other areas across Tasmania: 
Our products are sent frozen using Australia Post Express. 
Meals are packed with ice. 
We do not send to P.O boxes or Parcel Lockers. 


MAINLAND AUSTRALIA: 

Our products are sent frozen using a chilled courier service.

Orders must be received by Sunday 11pm, for the following weekend delivery. 

We do not send to P.O boxes or Parcel Lockers. 
 
Our courier will send a text message the night before your order is due, and another text when it is at your front door. If you have specific delivery instructions, or gate codes, please include this when you place your order.

We also offer FREE PICK-UP!
If you are in the Hobart area and prefer to do so, you may collect from our commercial kitchen located at Shop 1/2 Bucaan St Chigwell. Simply select "free pick up" at checkout and select a day and time to collect.

Monday: 8am-5pm
Tuesday:  9am-5pm
Wednesday: 9am to 5pm
Thursday: 9am-4pm
Friday: 10am-1pm
Saturday: 10am to 1pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed
