    Every subscription box has 14 meals, available in a small, medium or large size. All our flavours have been formulated by a pet nutritionist. Mix and match flavours to keep your dog guessing, or stock up on their favourite. You can also customise your box with treats and extras.

    Weekly, fortnightly or every four weeks. Choose a delivery frequency to match your lifestyle and we'll line up your orders to match. Subscribers lock in the best price, automatically.

  3. We cook fresh and deliver cold

    Each week our chefs gently cook your dog's meals sous vide in our Tasmanian kitchen, then pack them with an ice brick so they arrive cold and ready for the fridge or freezer. No warehouses, no months-old stock, just real food made to order.

Not ready for a subscription? No problem. Unlike other brands, you don't need a subscription to feed your dog Jack and Chelo. You can order any of our meals, broths, treats and supplements as a one-off, as often or as rarely as you like.

We deliver right across Tasmania and to most of mainland Australia using a network of different carriers to ensure your order arrives fresh. Every order containing meals or broths is packed with an ice brick, so your dog's dinner arrives cold, fresh and ready for the fridge (or the bowl).

You can also collect your order for free from our store in Chigwell, Tasmania. Just choose pickup at checkout and we'll have it ready and waiting.

Two quick things to note: We can't deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers (dinner needs a real front door), and local or national public holidays can occasionally shift a dispatch or delivery date by a day or two.
