Shipping policy
At Jack and Chelo, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth and convenient as possible. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to deliver your order to you in a timely manner.
PROCESSING TIME
Our team works hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders however are only sent on our regular delivery days. If you need your delivery sooner you can arrange a pick-up from our shop which is open Tuesday-Saturday.
Local deliveries in Southern Tasmania are delivered Thursday, Friday and Saturday only. We must receive your order before midday, the day before your area’s delivery day. To check your suburbs delivery day, see our delivery page.
AUS POST deliveries to all other locations are sent from our Tasmanian kitchen from Mondays-Wednesdays only, for arrival the next day. For more information regarding this you can refer to our delivery page.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer express postage shipping rates based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping rates for your order at checkout before completing your purchase. Because we are a chilled product, we MUST always send with Express Post to have your order arrive the next day. We never post over a weekend.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout. For more information regarding this please refer to our delivery page.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier service disruptions. If the package arrives later than of 24 hours from your delivery notification email and the contents are no longer cold, please contact customer support on contact@jackandchelo.com.au.
SHIPPING AREAS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer national shipping to selected Australian states and territories only. National shipping rates and delivery times can vary depending on your location, and you can use the shipping calculator on our website to view our current rates. We do NOT deliver to PO boxes.
